For our client, a company in the market research industry, we are immediately looking for a Manager SAP S/4 HANA Transformation | Interim | 32 - 40 hours | 6 months, with option for extension | Rotterdam Region (Hybrid) | Rate negotiable | Start as soon as possible.The role:
The role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Program Director/Manager to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation. In this role, you will try to messure the Value Assurance, conduct pressure testings, and manage the implementation of a high-profile program within a multinational organization. Repeated experience with large-scale S/4HANA implementations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the SAP S/4HANA implementation delivers the expected business value and benefits. Monitor progress, identify risks, and make adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
- Pressure Testing: Conduct robust pressure testing to ensure the system meets the highest standards and is ready for full operational deployment.
- Lead a major SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation program in large-scale projects.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring the project delivers value throughout the entire implementation process.
- Familiar with conducting rigorous system testing to ensure optimal functionality in a complex, mission-critical environment.
- Capable of managing large teams and projects with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, and key objectives.
- Comfortable working in partnership with major consultancy firms acting as contractors for large-scale projects.
